The Relationship Between Clinical Instructure Method With Competency Achievement Of Normal Labor Administration In Students In BPM

Abstract

Kompetensi lulusan sangat berhubungan dengan metode bimbingan Clinical Instructure dalam proses pembelajaran klinik. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh keberhasilan proses bimbingan dengan berbagai metode bimbingan, ditentukan oleh kemampuan seorang pembimbing klinik atau Instruktur Klinik melakukan proses bimbingan, mulai dari persiapan atau perencanaan, pelaksanaan bimbingan, dan mengevaluasi kompetensi yang dicapai oleh mahasiswa yang dibimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan capaian kompetensi mahasiswa dengan metode bimbingan Clinical Instructure Program Studi D3 Kebidanan Universitas Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester V Program Studi D3 Kebidanan FKIK UM Banjarmasin. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 37 mahasiswa, dengan teknik aksidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan ceklist keterampilan. Metode bimbingan yang dilakukan oleh bidan sebanyak 83,8% baik, sedangkan kompetensi praktik asuhan persalinan normal mahasiswa semester V dengan katagori mahir sebanyak 51,4%. Metode bimbingan yang baik meningkatkan kompetensi praktik asuhan persalinan normal dengan kekuatan hubungan sedang.


Graduates' competence is closely related to the Clinical Instructure guidance method in the clinical learning process. This is influenced by the success of the guidance process with a variety of guidance methods, determined by the ability of a clinical mentor or clinical instructor to carry out the guidance process, starting from preparation or planning, implementing guidance, and evaluating the competencies achieved by guided students. This study aims to determine the relationship of student competency achievement with the method of Clinical Instructure guidance on Midwifery D3 Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Banjarmasin. The type of research used is analytic survey with cross sectional design. The study population was all fifth semester students of the D3 Midwifery Study Program FKIK UM Banjarmasin. The research sample was 37 students, with accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires and skills checklists. Guidance methods carried out by midwives were 83.8% good, while the competence of normal childbirth care practices in V semester students with proficient categories was 51.4%. Good guidance methods improve the competence of normal childbirth care practices with moderate relationship strength.
