AKSESIBILITAS PINTU MASUK UTAMA PADA PUSAT PERBELANJAAN MODERN DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

Everyone has the right to have easy access to public buildings in each area. Modern Shopping Centers as one of the many public facilities that are accessed by a variety of people need to also provide facilities that apply the concept of ease of access so that everyone can easily access and enjoy proper facilities. Yogyakarta City is one of the cities in the Special Province of Yogyakarta. The vision of the development of Koa Yogyakarta is "The realization of the City of Yogyakarta as a City of Quality, Character and Inclusive Education, Culture-Based Tourism, and Service Centers, which are Insightful on the Environment and Community Economy". In his vision there is an inclusive word that supports the provision of opportunities for everyone, one of which is to make it easy for everyone to enjoy public facilities in the City of Yogyakarta. Therefore, the need for a study on the ease of access for all people in public facilities to measure one of the inclusive levels of public facilities in the city of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of accessibility of the main entrance to the shopping center building in the city of Yogyakarta so that it can provide design direction. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with direct observation to the field measuring the dimensions of the research variable to be compared with an accessible standard of ministerial regulation. The results of this study note that of all the main entrances of the Modern Shopping Center building in the city of Yogyakarta, only the Lippo Mall building has met the level of accessibility in accordance with applicable standards by completing the main entrance area with ramps, handrails.
