PSIKOLOGI IBU POSTPARTUM DENGAN BAYI PREMATUR : SCOPING REVIEW

Psychological of Postpartum Mothers with Premature Babies : A Scoping Review

Abstract

Gangguan psikologi pascapersalinan dianggap sebagai masalah kesehatan yang serius bagi masyarakat karena efeknya yang merusak pada ibu, keluarga, dan bayi atau anak-anak. Tujuan scoping review ini untuk  mereview dan memetakan evidence terkait psikologi ibu postpartum dengan bayi prematur. Metode scoping review ini menggunakan framework Arksey & O'Malley dengan framework PEO dan melakukan pencarian artikel melalui database yang relevan, yaitu Pubmed, Science Direct dan Ebsco, mencari Grey Literature melalui Search Engine yaitu Google Scholar; Seleksi artikel dengan Prisma Flow Chart dan 10 dari 213 artikel dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Temuan menunjukkan  Hasil penelitian kelahiran bayi prematur sedikit banyak menimbulkan gejala gangguan psikologi ibu seperti kecemasan, stres dan depresi. Faktor biopsikosial dan kesehatan ibu turut memperparah keadaan ibu. Penelitian yang dilakukan di negara berkembang menunjukan faktor resiko biopsikososial seperti faktor ekonomi menjadi hal yang memperburuk gangguan psikologi ibu. Sedangkan di negara maju sistem pelayanan kesehatan dan jaminan sosial telah terjamin sehingga faktor ekonomi tidak terlalu menjadi faktor resiko yang mempengaruhi angka kejadian gangguan psikologi.
